Rev Jesse L. Jackson, Sr. to serve 500 during Annual Thanksgiving Day Dinner at Rainbow PUSH Coalition Headquarters
Chicago. Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, Sr. will serve 500 people on Thanksgiving Day at Rainbow PUSH Coalition headquarters,at 930 East 50th Street where he will also share the real meaning of Thanksgiving as it relates to the current events of today.
Rev. Jackson, along with several elected officials will begin serving full-course Thanksgiving dinners provided by Gibson’s Steakhouse to the homeless, families, seniors, and single mothers and fathers and to all who wish to join at 11:00am.
Joining Rev. Jackson as servers will be a number of elected officials and community leaders including Illinois Justice Jesse Reyes, Cook County Board of Review Commissioner Larry Rogers, Cook County Circuit Court Judge Annette Hubbard, former Alderman Bob Fioretti and Cook County Commissioner-elect Brandon Johnson.
