
STILLWATER, Okla. — Convicted Oklahoma State University basketball player Darrell Williams won't spend any additional time in jail or prison, District Judge Phillip Corley decided Friday after denying a motion for a new trial.
Corley gave Williams credit for time served in Payne County Jail after his July 23 conviction on two counts of rape by instrumentation and a count of sexual battery. The jury recommended two one-year sentences on the rape convictions, and no time on the sexual battery count.
